JUST LEADERSHIP was born out of our desire to go deeper - deeper than fighting individual causes of injustice to ask some more fundamental questions.
What would it look like if justice became the foundation of leadership.

Justin Humphreys
Justin Humphreys is joint Chief Executive of the independent Christian safeguarding charity thirtyone:eight. He is also Honorary Lecturer in the
Department of Applied Psychology at the
University of Chester. He has had a career in social work, social welfare and church leadership spanning more than 25 years. With Lisa Oakley, he is author of 'Escaping the Maze' (SPCK, 2019).

Simon Barrington is the founder and Director of Forge Leadership Consultancy, an organization that is focused raising up a generation of leaders of character and influence. He is also a co-founder of WeAreCompany, which helps to strengthen the quality of leaders’
relationships in organizations, charities and churches. He
is the author (with Rachel Luetchford) of Leading – the Millennial Way (SPCK, 2019)
